Our Mission

Addiction doesn't keep business hours. Cravings don't wait for Monday's meeting. The loneliness of early recovery doesn't care that it's 3 AM.

AIO Inc. was founded on a simple belief: no one in recovery should ever feel completely alone. Our AI companions — Friend of Bill™, Jimmy K™, and Lois™ — are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to offer support grounded in the principles of recovery programs that have helped millions.

What We Are (And What We're Not)

We are: A technology company building AI tools that complement the recovery journey. A companion between meetings. A resource when your sponsor isn't available. A safe space to process thoughts and feelings.

We are not: A replacement for AA, NA, Al-Anon, or any recovery program. Not a replacement for a sponsor, therapist, or counselor. Not a medical provider. Not affiliated with any 12-step fellowship's world services or governing bodies.
