These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Recovery Companion AI website and applications operated by AIO Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), including Friend of Bill™, Jimmy K™, and Lois™ (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our Services provide AI-powered conversational companions designed to offer informational and peer support for people in recovery from addiction and their families. The Services are not medical devices, therapeutic tools, or substitutes for professional treatment.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: The Services provide informational and peer support only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, sponsorship, or therapy.
NOT AFFILIATED: AIO Inc. and its products (Friend of Bill™, Jimmy K™, Lois™) are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc., Narcotics Anonymous World Services, Inc., or Al-Anon Family Group Headquarters, Inc.

Friend of Bill™, Jimmy K™, and Lois™ are trademarks of AIO Inc. All content, design, and technology are owned by or licensed to AIO Inc. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIO INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold AIO Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
